Return Policy

Requests must be made within 60 days of order.

Products must be returned with original labeling.

Refunds will exclude shipping and any handling fees.

If Customer received items, requiring return, please contact us.

Privacy Policy

Customer information for their account and credit card is confidential and private. Information is kept in confidence and is not given out to individuals or company's. 

Substitutes

Candy Arrangements can contain nuts and chocolate. Please be aware of any food allergies when ordering. Better Day Gifts can provide (if requested) substitute candy for known allergies.

Shipping

USPS is the standard shipping method by Priority Mail. We have additional shipping methods and rush delivery available if requested please contact Customer Service. Please allow 1 to 3  days for standard shipping and handling.

Out of Stock

We strive to complete your order in a timely manner but based on inventory and availability of items we could provide similar substitutes for items in Candy Arrangements.
